Burke Warren Welcomes New Attorney John Karras

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C., a full service Chicago-based law firm, is pleased to announce that John Karras has joined the firm as an associate. Mr. Karras is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group. He counsels clients on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other corporate and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, he served in the Private Equity group of an AmLaw Top 10 law firm.

Mr. Karras earned his law degree at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Emory University. He is currently an MBA candidate at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
