Burke Warren Welcomes Alexis Lachowicz as Director of Talent Acquisition and Integration
Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. is pleased to announce that Alexis Lachowicz has joined the firm as its Director of Talent Acquisition and Integration effective May 16th, 2023. A 10+-year legal recruiting veteran, she has served in senior recruiting 
roles including with an AmLaw 50 law firm and one of the world’s leading legal search firms. She will be responsible for leading all legal recruiting and attorney development and integration at Burke Warren.
By way of background, Ms. Lachowicz is a business-savvy and forward-thinking leader offering a rich experience in full life-cycle recruitment. She is adept in utilizing her strong skills in data analysis, research and sourcing law firm candidates using various recruiting platforms and social media. Her extensive experience also includes working at a global public relations and communications services company. She is a member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the Chicago Association of Legal Personnel Administrators (CALPA). She earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Management from the Western Governors University.
Ms. Lachowicz serves as a member of Burke Warren’s administrative leadership team. In this capacity, she will leverage her considerable in-depth knowledge and experience to advance Burke Warren’s mission of delivering a world-class experience to its clients.
