Jolisa Warmack Honored in Cristo Rey Network's 40 Under 40 Cohort in 2025

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella is proud to share that Jolisa Warmack, Associate in the Firm's Litigation group, has been named to the Cristo Rey Network 40 Under 40 cohort in 2025.

Now in its 2nd year, the Cristo Rey Network 40 Under 40 cohort recognizes 40 distinguished individuals who are leaders and role models in their respective communities and workplaces. The alumni selected for this honor include professionals from a wide range of industries including education, banking and finance, healthcare, media, nonprofit organizations, technology, and law.

Jolisa, a 2015 graduate of Detroit Cristo Rey High School, has been an integral member of Burke Warren's Litigation practice since joining the Firm as a Law Clerk in 2021 and her subsequent elevation to Associate in 2022. Prior to joining Burke Warren, Jolisa served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Sara Darrow for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. She also served as a policy intern for Janee Ayers, At-Large Council Member, for the Detroit City Council. During law school, Jolisa served as an editor for the Elder Law Journal. She also served as an executive member of the Black Law Student Association and was a Women’s Law Society mentor to 1L students.
