“We’re thrilled to have David, Jamie, Adrienne, and Victoria join Burke Warren,” said Jeff Warren. “Their reputation as leaders in representing condominium associations and common interest community associations is unmatched. Their role as thought leaders—particularly in navigating the complexities of the Illinois Condominium Property Act—makes them a tremendous asset as we launch this new practice at Burke Warren and continue to expand our practice to provide unparalleled service to our clients.”

David Sugar

David’s practice focuses on real estate and corporate matters, especially the representation of condominium associations and common interest community associations in connection with statutory compliance and governance issues, covenant enforcement, capital project loans, litigation, and developer disputes.
