Adrienne I. Falde

Adrienne Falde is an Associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. She is a member of the Firm’s Condominium & Community Associations practice group.

Adrienne focuses her practice on assisting condominium and community associations in matters ranging from compliance with state laws to the enforcement of covenants. She also advises associations on how to interpret and leverage their governing documents and regulations to handle various disputes with individual members.

Utilizing her industry experience to work efficiently on behalf of her clients, Adrienne represents condominium and community associations in legal disputes in the areas of collections, evictions, landlord/tenant disputes, and breaches of contracts, among others.

Prior to joining Burke Warren, Adrienne served as an Associate in the Real Estate Services practice group and the Condominium & Community Associations industry group at a national law firm's Chicago office.
