Victoria Barnhill is an Associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Victoria is a member of the Firm’s Condominium & Community Associations practice group.

Victoria focuses her practice on assisting condominium and community associations with disputes concerning their members, including enforcement of covenants. She also regularly advises boards on compliance with state laws and the interpretation of governing documents.

Utilizing her industry experience to work efficiently on behalf of her clients, Victoria represents associations in building code enforcement matters, foreclosure of association lien and other lien claims, and actions involving reciprocal easement agreements.

Prior to joining Burke Warren, Victoria served as an Associate in the Real Estate Services practice group and the Condominium & Community Associations industry group at a national law firm’s Chicago office.
